Tire service and wheel alignment in Richmond Hill

“Andre and trick were very friendly and knowledgeable. they were able to accommodate me at my preferred time with very minimal wait. Aside from mine, the place had 3 other teslas waiting to get their tires swapped as well. very good place for tesla's and ev's alike. no damage. no mess. everything was done right the first time. will be my new kaltire location to go to due to a.) service and b.) location. but all kal tire locations, based on my experience, have been nothing short of excellent. will see u you boys next spring. i highly recommend this place if you are nearby. customer service is top top top notch.<br><br>Edit: september 2023, mr.trick did it again! I purchased a new set of tires during the summer from kaltire and yesterday, during a construction detour, i unfortunately ran over a broken piece of tail light. The other location i bought my dws tires from were less than stellar to help me out. No manager onsite. Also, rep said the tire was sold out throughout canada. Meanwhile... trick here, found one for me. I may live near another kaltire, but id rather drive the extra mile to get serviced at this location. Thanks trick for helping me out. I appreciate your willingness brother.”

“My appointment took a little longer than expected as one of the employees had called in sick, but Anthony, the mechanic, handled both the front desk and the workshop exceptionally well. Even after the shop had officially closed, the team continued working to finish the remaining cars, truly going above and beyond.<br>It’s clearly the busiest season of the year with everyone rushing to switch to winter tires, and you can see the staff are tired. Still, they stayed professional, patient, and committed to keeping customers satisfied. Their work ethic is strong, and their recommendations were honest and transparent.<br><br>While waiting, I also witnessed the team take responsibility for an issue with another customer. Instead of denying blame, they acknowledged the problem and offered practical solutions to make things right. That level of accountability and customer care really stood out.<br><br>Overall, a hardworking and trustworthy team. Highly recommend!”

“The Richmond Hill shop is a gem! They are the only Kal Tire shop in the GTA with a road force balance machine and the tech is very good with it. I was having severe vibration issues with the new tires I purchased from Kal Tire last year and had been to two other locations to try to get a resolution without success. The techs at Richmond Hill found the problem wheel but were not satisfied with the balance they could achieve, so they removed the tire and rotated it on the rim to redistribute the weight. That allowed them to bring it into balance. The ride is now smooth as silk - pure bliss! That road force balance machine is worth it's weight in gold, as are the two techs who were working on my wheels. I live on the west side of Mississauga but would gladly drive across the GTA to get service at this shop. Thanks guys!”

“I have had many experiences with many companies over the years. Today’s experience was one of if not the best ever. I scheduled an appointment to fix a leaking tire . I made the appointment early . My expectations were from a simple fix to buying a used tire ( which they don’t do) to buying a new one and keeping it as a spare. When all was said and done the outcome was absolutely amazing. The quality of customer service, attention to details and the ultimate result was incredible! I highly recommend this location for KAl Tire , Yonge just south of Elgin Mills . I can’t imagine how anyone can be disappointed with the end result. Extremely highly recommended!”

“2025 11 11 @ 07:30<br>Arrived as the first appointment and the first customer. I was informed that the manager and one of the staff have called in sick. There was a constant stream of appointments and walk-ins. Given the rush of the season, and from what I could observe some very less understanding customers, the staff hustled, got everyone in and serviced as best as they could. I was out in a reasonable time. Kudos to the staff managing such a demanding day!”

Despite being short-staffed including the store manager being away, Anthony (who’s a technician) is running the show and leading from the front.<br><br>Kaltire corporate needs to do a better job giving these guys the resources to run at 100% given the winter changeover season. Great dedication and ownership by Anthony despite all this. Respect for getting my new set of tires and alignment through.”

“I brought in my wheel of a Tesla Model X that went flat on the hwy and ended up getting ripped right up around the rim (see pics). Anthony and new manager Yinesh (forgive me for spelling it wrong) stayed late till 6:30pm to make sure i could get back on the road and still only charged me the usual $43!”
