“This review is long over due. First I would like to say a big thanks to Henry and his team at Red Maple Auto over the years. I’m glad my friend has introduced me to such a reliable auto shop and it’s definitely worth the drive from downtown when I need service done.<br><br>I’ve purchased my car in 2021 (Mercedes C class) and have came to Henry for almost all my services from my yearly tire change & oil changes. Even damages from dents from rocks while driving and my first auto collision (unfortunately) his services were impeccable. We went through the insurance claim and everything went smoothly according to the timeline mentioned and my car was repaired as if nothing happened!<br><br>The services at Red Maple are very well priced and professional unlike other mechanical shops who try to price gouge.<br><br>Don’t be fooled with this auto shop…Henry and his team have decades of experience as the business runs through his family as his father was a great mechanic back in the day. Every time I drop by at his shop he works on many luxury cars from BMWs, Audis, Mercedes, Porches, and many other luxury brands. “Honest, reliable and credible place.<br>Henery is the nicest, humble and honest person.<br>Here is my experience:<br>Couple years ago I had a problem with ambient temperature sensor, went to the dealership. After investigation, they ordered the new sensor and got it installed and the problem is not fixed instead they saidbthe the whole harness must be replaced because they don't know the reason. The cost to fix that issue back then was a A LOT OF MONEY which I couldn't afford. So I forgot about it. And then I knew about Red Maple Auto. I went there for oil change and small things. I asked Henery if he can check the check engine light root reason. After investigation. He said we will order a new temperature sensor. We got the sensor, got other installed and then the deep issue has been discovered that there is a small wire in the harness causes a problem. In one hour Henery team got this problem fixed and the car back to its normal.<br>That car problem did not cost me to get it fixed not even one tenth of the cost that the original dealership determined.<br>Thank you very much Henery, and thanks to your team for you honesty, humble and kindness.
