The boys at Trili Tires are so hospitable that you feel like your’e servicing with someone from your family!<br><br>They’ve been servicing a variety of my cars for a while now, but by far the best experience was when I came in to service my BMW late last summer. Yes I remember the service like it was yesterday because they are THAT GOOD!! Price is really affordable too!!<br><br>I brought my car in to get a total break-pads and rotor replacement and they had it ready within a couple hours! We talked about the rarity of the car and my journey in bringing it into the country. Super memorable! I left but noticed that the tires felt unbalanced, so i called them back and asked if they had done anything different to it since it didn't feel like this before the service. They inspected it with no charge and informed me that most of my rims were actually bent and gave me all my options. It was cheaper to buy new rims than fix it so i did just that and as soon as i got the new rims, they made time for me and got them installed in no time! We had a good talk and they even gave me a spray to make the rims cleaner and look better! 100/10 honestly.<br><br>I just returned to get my front breaks checked and the owner noticed my new plate bracket that wasn’t on it at the time of service last year, so they remembered me and my car!! If that isn’t attention to detail i don't know what is!<br><br>I will forever be returning so thank you Trili Tires for being the best and always welcoming!”

“Highly recommend this shop! Gave me the best priced out of multiple calls that I have made for comparison. As a woman, most shop tried to raise their price. One of my tires on my Nissan Rogue had been punctured by a nail that cannot be patched. I wanted to head back home to Ottawa and leaving the city. They squeezed me into their busy schedule once I made a deposit for the tire by e-transfer. Honestly, they had put my mind at ease. This was a Friday before the Civic long weekend. They were able to order the tire that morning to be arrived and serviced for 3 pm. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. They gave me an estimated time for drop off and pickup time, a duration of an hour and a half. Was greeted with a genuine smile. They made me felt very welcomed like they had known me already. And.. OMG!!! I kid you not!! They took care of it within 30 minutes and I was out of there in no time! They even put my spare tire back in and put back in all my luggage and belongings back into my trunk. WOW!!! I was extremely impressed and so happy with their prompt service !! The two men that dealt with my situation must have been brothers, they look almost like they could be twins. You have the options to pay by cash, debit or credit. Again, I highly recommend this shop if you are in Richmond Hill area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
