Get your vehicle checked and aligned when something feels off

“Level Auto (Eric, Kevin and Mark) are all very professional. We purchased a Ford Transit van and it came with some unknown and untold issues from the used car dealer we bought it from (SM Auto Sales Inc. 1840 Albion Road, Etobicoke, don’t buy a vehicle from here, see my review on them). Level Auto diagnosed the van and explained the issues, line item by line item with prices. We had one issue when pumping gas, the nozzle would click every second (super annoying since it would take 20 minutes to fill up and 1 time it even overfilled since it was broken and there was gas spilling out). Spoke with Eric and they tried a few fixes and ultimately recommended to replace the fuel filler neck with a disclaimer that it’s not a guaranteed fix since there are no engine lights or codes to confirm the issue. This was their professional recommendation. The part was almost $1,000 + tax from Ford (no aftermarket options). I called Eric and he recommended for me to shop around for the part and see if I could get it cheaper. I appreciate the transparency. I found it for $300 cheaper from a Ford dealer in Alberta (they were having a sale) and came back to replace the part. Kevin (mechanic) explained to me why the old part wasn’t working and showed me the newly installed part and explained the difference. Went to go pump gas immediately after and happy to report it works as it should. Thank you Level Auto team! Will be back for more maintenance and repairs.”

I've known the owner Mark since the early 2000's. We worked together at a dealership. Dealerships and big chain auto repair shops don't have incompetent auto technicians working for them (Canadian Tire doesn't count!!), as it would be a liability issue. Let that sink in for a moment!
