“We had an unfortunate incident with deer today. I called Lovedays for a tow. First, the guy that answered was very nice and assured us they would have someone out to help. They were awesome! I've heard of stories of tow services taking forever to get to you, so I was expecting a long wait. Not the case with Lovedays. They were with us within 20 minutes. The driver was great and said he would take care of everything. I just told him where I needed it to go and that was it. Incredible service. Thank you Lovedays for making this a great experience during a bad day.”

“Unexpectedly my restored 98 pick-up had engine trouble just outside of Aylmer. Call CAA and Loveday's Towing showed up within 30 minutes of taking the call. Mason (tow truck operator) was very polite and carefully had my pick-up truck fitted and towed, heading towards Simcoe within 15 minutes. Once in Simcoe Mason carefully unhooked everything, and only left when all my questions were answered. Very fast, good communication, and professional behavior when helping this customer.
