Full interior and exterior detailing coordinates a deeper cabin clean with exterior washing and finishing. The selected work should match the materials, contamination, finish condition, and owner priorities.

Interior car detailing combines vacuuming and material-specific cleaning for seats, carpets, mats, trim, glass, storage areas, and touch surfaces. The selected work should match the cabin materials, contamination, moisture, and owner priorities. Confirm which cargo areas, child-seat areas, headliner, pet hair, stain treatment, conditioning, and odour work are included before the appointment.

Exterior car detailing goes beyond a routine wash by cleaning wheels, paint, glass, trim, badges, crevices, and selected jambs, with decontamination or protection added according to finish condition. Packages differ in how deeply they address wheel barrels, bonded fallout, tar, mineral deposits, engine-bay edges, jambs, polishing, and protection. Confirm the included areas and finish before work begins.

“I am not one to typically draw negative attention to a business, however I hope in leaving this review that it will be used as a learning experience. Luc and I had looked at my truck with the goal to remove the rust around my wheel wells and install rock guard to mitigate the rust and enhance the appearance of the vehicle. At the start, optimism was high, and a budget was agreed upon. We were going to get my truck looking sharp, inside and out. Not long after he had started the work, he had raised a concern with my existing paint. His painting tape was pulling off my existing clearcoat and paint. I understand that things come up which is out of our control, so we looked at the options to move forward. After I had asked if we increased the budget slightly, if we could continue with the expanded scope and get everything done, we agreed it was doable, shook hands and back to work he went. About a week after he had my vehicle, Luc had requested to invoice me early, to collect a portion of the bill to cover his installation materials (paint and what not). Generally, this would come off very unprofessional - however, I understood that our scope of work had changed, so I agreed to do this. The invoice he sent me was well over the budget we agreed on.. to which I was not happy about. I was forced to drop services off of the invoice to maintain my budget as Luc was well into the work, so we had to continue with it. The work I had dropped off the invoice was the Interior cleaning and exterior polishing. My hood had faded, which i was excited to have repaired as Luc was optimistic he could correct it. He stated he would still fix the hood for me, because he wanted to leave me with a good looking truck - excellent. I loved to hear that. Unfortunately, the finished product I was left with was subpar. Luc attempted to correct the paint on my hood, but left it in a state much worse than when I gave him my vehicle due to his polishing attempt. The plastic mud flap panels are falling off 2 days after getting my vehicle back, which were removed to paint. My passenger taillight running lights no longer work, so something wasn't reconnected properly. I have sections of my body that are now missing clearcoat from his tape, and the paint he installed gives off an orange-peel appearance - not quite a professional grade result. And to top it off, when shoveling the snow out of the box of my truck, i uncovered garbage left in the box from his repairs. I do believe that Luc provides great interior cleaning but unfortunately I was unable to see that service as it needed to be dropped off the invoice due to budget miscommunications. I don't believe that Luc should be selling services for body work or paint. I have paid for a service than I am unhappy with, with minimal effort on his side to go good for it. At the end of the day, my vehicle still needs work and i am out x amount of dollars. High optimism out of the gate, poor service delivery throughout.”
