Need help with battery trouble in Toronto?

“I was in my first car accident last week, and it was a horrible and stressful experience. My single only silver lining was meeting Atif. I called around to a few places and looked at some websites. PK towing said they would be able to get to me within 30 minutes and their rate to get me & my car from Bay & Dundas to the Collision reporting centre at Lawrence & Warden was much better than any of the other companies I called. All together it was $470 ($350 + $4/km) after tax - compared to a few other places that started at $550 + $4.25/km (+tax). The best part of the whole thing was getting to know the wonderful driver. We had an hour long drive in rush hour traffic. He maneuvered downtown toronto in the truck with my car attached professionally, safely and just genuinely incredibly well. You can tell how much he loves what he does. He shared stories with me about all of the interesting people he has met along the way (he's been doing this for 15 years!). We talked about hobbies and his children. We talked about his time in Canada over the last 25 years he has been here. He completely took my mind off of my high stress and anxiety and helped me feel comfortable in a horrible situation. He also helped explain the whole process to me. He walked me through the paperwork, explained the legislation that governs their work, and gave me tips on what steps I should take next - calling my insurance, starting a claim, and what timelines I might expect. I could not recommend PK Towing any more than I do. 7/5 stars. 100/10 stars even. Thank you Atif & PK Towing for making one bad day just a little bit better.”

I called PK Towing to come to my rescue at 6:30 am after being left stranded by a 3rd party contractor of the 3 letter car association most of us are members of. They sent a driver who's behaviour was at best questionable, rude, unprofessional, and sketchy. From the very first call, Ali was responsive, professional, and transparent. Out of four quotes I received, their price was the most reasonable—and the service was far superior. Atif who performed the tow, treated me with respect and made a stressful situation so much easier.
