Auto repairs and maintenance in Waterloo—without unnecessary work

“Good Guys? More like BEST GUYS! I've been taking my vehicles here for almost 10 years now and Lonni and Tonni never let me down. They are consistently friendly, helpful and fair. My partner also uses them for her vehicle and she's had such bad experiences in the past with mechanics talking down to her. The staff and Good Guys are always extremely friendly, respectful and helpful. I used to have a band and we toured a lot in a 12 passenger van. Good Guys were the bands mechanic and they really helped keep us on the road. They also saved as a load of cash by telling us when the van had seen enough and it wasn't worth getting parts for. Most recently my partners car had a flat and we couldn't get the wheel off as the rim was fussed to the rotor. I called Good Guys to see if we could get the car towed in there and Lonni suggested that we come borrow equipment from him to inflate the tire so we could drive it in and spare the expense of a tow. These guys are the best!”

They continue to impress and go (far) above and beyond in terms of service and quality. Always friendly. Always time to explain. Best shop in town hands down. Saddest day for me will be if they ever decide to retire!”
