“As much as it usually sucks to have to hire a tow truck, every time I've used GFM Towing, the experience has ended up being pleasant. The dispatcher is always friendly and helpful, and the drivers genuinely seem happy to be at work. That makes otherwise crappy situations feel a lot better. I've used them a number of times now, and I get a genuine vibe of knowledgeable professionalism. From dispatch to tow you really feel like they know what they're doing, and they take care of your vehicle, whether its your work truck (they've towed mine a couple of times) or your dad's daily driver (I locked his keys in his trunk). I would not hesitate to send them to tow my mom, who is in her 70's, knowing that they'd take great care of her and leave her feeling positive about the entire experience. Since I've had more than a few chances to chat with the owners, I can tell you that their professional approach to towing has ended up with them being a part of an advisory board that works with the MTO to improve conditions for both drivers and customers, and to me that speaks volumes. The tow truck industry is full of sleazy operators, the entire industry has a bit of a bad reputation. GFM Towing stands out as the polar opposite. Whether you have an old beat up work van, or a brand new Corvette, these are the guys you want handling your service call.”

“On Sunday morning of the snowmageddon storm Jan 25, we were involved in a 3 car accident on the 401 at Thickson Rd, where my car was rear ended. GFM was on scene and our tow driver, Brandon, was a godsend. A stressful situation to be sure, but Brandon was calm, answered all our questions, explained clearly what all the steps were that were going to happen and that he would be with us for the next couple of hours. Brandon was friendly, outgoing, professional, experienced and a reassuring presence. He provided advice and worthwhile tips too. Brandon checked on car rentals for us and then he even helped transfer all our items and luggage from my damaged car to the rental. I hope I don’t need a tow service again but if I do, I’m calling GFM.”
