What Our Customers Say

5.0 / 5
Verified Google review

This place is terrific — skilled, honest, and very reasonable in cost. Due a transmission shifting problem, which a scanner reported as shift solenoid problems, Travis ordered a necessary (but expensive) part through a distributor in Vancouver, who had to get the part shipped there, then sent on to Whitehorse. But upon investigation when it arrived, the problem was found to be instead a cable unplugged. So they charged me only for the labor for that and didn’t even ask me to cover shipping costs for the (expensive) part — nor of course for the part, nor return shipping. John’s Auto Repair is top-notch!
