What does a flashing yellow traffic light require?
Correct answer: Yield to pedestrians and vehicles, then go with caution
Why
At a flashing yellow traffic light, slow as needed, check carefully and proceed with caution after yielding to lawful intersection users. Do not confuse this with the separate yellow-light pedestrian-hazard sign rule.
