When may a driver turn left at a red light?
Correct answer: One-way onto one-way, after a full stop, unless prohibited
Why
For an ordinary left turn on red, both the road you leave and the road you enter must be one-way. Stop completely at the proper point, yield to pedestrians and traffic, check for a prohibition and turn only when safe.
