On a bare, dry road with good visibility, what does this MAXIMUM 70 km/h sign mean?
Correct answer: 70 km/h is the maximum permitted speed
Why
The posted maximum is not a target that must be reached. Drive more slowly when weather, visibility, traffic or road conditions make the posted speed unsafe.
