What should you do before entering a roundabout?
A two-lane roundabout. Blue A approaches from the left. Silver B is already circulating. YIELD signs control the entries.
Correct answer: Slow, pick your lane, and yield to circling traffic
Why
Yield to traffic already circulating and to pedestrians or bicyclists crossing your entry. Choose the correct lane before entering and follow the arrows and signs. Signal your exit and check the exit crossing. Do not stop inside the roundabout merely to let entering vehicles in.
