Licensing & Test ReadinessStandalone practice
A licensed 17-year-old has held the licence for eight months. No special exception applies. What additional passengers may now be carried beyond the first-six-month categories?
Correct answer: Members of the driver’s immediate family.
Why
From six months to one year after issue, a 16- or 17-year-old may carry the first-stage permitted passengers and additional immediate-family members. Ordinary friends are not added merely because six months have passed. Do not carry more people than installed seat belts.
