Weather conditions require continuous windshield-wiper use. What should the driver do with the headlights?
Correct answer: Turn on the headlights, even during daytime.
Why
Turn on the required lamps, including headlights, whenever weather requires windshield wipers. Delaware also requires lamps from sunset to sunrise, in fog, smoke or rain, and when people and vehicles cannot be clearly seen 1,000 feet ahead. Parking lamps alone do not satisfy the driving-light requirement.
