Two vehicles on different roads reach an uncontrolled intersection at the same time. Which driver yields?
Blue car A approaches an uncontrolled intersection from the west. Silver car B approaches from the south, on A’s right. They reach the intersection at approximately the same time, with neither already in it. There are no STOP, YIELD or traffic-signal controls.
Correct answer: The driver on the left yields to the driver on the right.
Why
When vehicles arrive at the same time, the vehicle on the left must yield to the one on the right.
