Observation, Speed & SpaceStandalone practice
When a vehicle is moving below the normal traffic speed, where should it ordinarily travel?
Correct answer: In the right-hand lane, except to pass or turn left.
Why
A vehicle moving more slowly than normal traffic should use the available right-hand lane or stay as close as practicable to the right edge. Passing and preparing for a lawful left turn are exceptions. A right-lane habit does not authorize driving on the shoulder.
