What does a Kansas Class C instruction permit allow its holder to do?
Correct answer: Practice driving with a qualified supervising driver beside them.
Why
Carry the valid instruction permit and practice only with the qualified supervising driver beside you. The supervisor must be at least 21, hold a valid commercial or Class A, B or C license and have at least one year of driving experience. For a permit holder under 17, no other person may occupy the front seat. A permit does not authorize independent driving.
