Two vehicles reach an ordinary uncontrolled intersection at about the same time. You are the driver on the left. What should you do?
At an uncontrolled junction, blue A approaches from the west and silver B from the south, on A's right. Both are outside the intersection. There are no STOP signs, YIELD signs or traffic signals, and no selected question route.
Correct answer: Yield to the vehicle on your right
Why
At an ordinary uncontrolled intersection, the driver on the left yields to the driver on the right when they arrive at approximately the same time. Follow any separate through-road, turning or traffic-control duties that apply, and do not force a collision even if another driver fails to yield.
