Which restriction applies when driving with a Manitoba Class 5A Authorized Instruction licence?
Correct answer: A qualified supervisor must be with the driver, who must have no alcohol.
Why
A Class 5A driver needs a qualified supervisor as the only front-seat passenger and must have no alcohol in their blood. The supervisor needs the appropriate Full licence and at least three years of qualifying Full-stage experience. A novice must also not drive after consuming drugs that an approved screening device detects at or above its legal threshold. Never drive impaired by medication or any other substance.
