Safe & Responsible DrivingStandalone practice
What is the responsible rule for a Michigan driver younger than 21 regarding alcohol before driving?
Correct answer: Do not drive after drinking; the under-21 rule is stricter than 0.08%.
Why
Do not drive after drinking. Michigan's under-21 rule includes a blood-alcohol concentration of at least 0.02% but below 0.08%, or any alcohol presence resulting from drinking, with a narrow religious-ceremony qualification in that latter definition. That qualification does not make impaired driving safe or lawful. The responsible choice is a sober driver or another ride.
