Regulatory, Lane & Parking SignsStandalone practice
You are in the left lane under this sign as you approach an intersection. What must you do?

Correct answer: Turn left; that lane may be used only for left turns
Why
Lane control signs, overhead or beside the road, and matching pavement arrows tell you which way each lane may go. Get into the correct lane early; if you end up in a turn-only lane by mistake, make the turn and find another route. Where a lane shows two arrows, you may take either movement.
