Warning, Construction & Information SignsStandalone practice
You see this sign on a two-lane rural highway. A pickup is coming toward you in the distance. What should you do?

Correct answer: Slow down and be ready to wait, because the bridge has room for only one vehicle.
Why
If the oncoming vehicle will reach the bridge first or is already on it, stop well back and let it clear. The ROAD NARROWS sign is different: the road ahead is narrower, but two vehicles can still meet and pass with care. Montana's rural and gravel roads often have narrow bridges, so watch for these signs and be prepared to stop.
