Tyler got his Level One limited learner permit two months ago. Which trip may he legally make?
Correct answer: At 6:30 a.m., with his supervising driver seated beside him
Why
After six months, a Level One permit holder may drive at any hour, but still only with the supervising driver. The supervising driver must be a parent, grandparent or guardian, or a responsible person whom the parent or guardian approves, and must have held a valid license for at least five years. The early night limit protects new drivers, because hazards are harder to see in the dark.
