Warning, Construction & Information SignsStandalone practice
It is raining hard at night, and the posted speed limit is 45 mph. Before a curve you see this sign: a yellow diamond with a curved arrow, and a square yellow plaque under it that reads 25 MPH. Which speed plan is best?

Correct answer: Slow to 25 mph before the curve, and go even slower because of the rain and darkness.
Why
Advisory speeds can be used with any diamond-shaped warning sign. They do not change the legal limit for the rest of the road, but Pennsylvania law still requires a speed that is safe for the curve and the weather. Look through the curve to its inside edge and keep to your lane.
