Outside a driving-school lesson, who must sit beside a PEI Class 7 holder practising in a passenger car?
Correct answer: A fully licensed driver of four or more years who may drive that class
Why
The supervisor must be fully licensed, have held a valid licence for at least four years, be licensed for the vehicle, and sit beside you. Follow the permit’s other conditions too. Licensed driving-school instruction has its own statutory provision.
