Intersections Right Of WayStandalone practice
Your exit is approaching while you are travelling in the appropriate lane of a roundabout. What should you do before leaving?
Correct answer: Signal right in time, check the exit and yield to pedestrians
Why
Use the right signal to show that you are leaving the roundabout, and follow your lane safely to the exit. Check the crossing and yield to pedestrians; also watch for cyclists using the road or crossing on foot. PEI’s guidance uses a right exit signal for straight and left-turn journeys too. Do not cut across another lane to reach an exit.
