Parking, Reversing & Roadside StopsStandalone practice
You must reverse out of an angled parking space. What is the safest approach?
Correct answer: Check all around, reverse slowly and stop if needed
Why
Check around the car before reversing, including areas hidden by nearby parked vehicles. Move slowly and continue checking both the path behind and the parts of the car that swing outward. Stop when you cannot confirm that the path is clear. In a parking lot, reversing must be safe and must not obstruct traffic.
