Regulatory, Lane & Parking SignsStandalone practice
You stop at a cross street. A black and white sign on the corner shows an arrow that points to the right and the words ONE WAY. What does the sign tell you about the cross street?

Correct answer: All traffic on it moves only in the direction of the arrow
Why
Before you turn onto a street, look for ONE WAY and DO NOT ENTER signs, so that you do not enter against traffic. On a one-way street, the rule to drive on the right half of the road does not apply, because all traffic goes the same way. A wrong turn onto a one-way street can put you head-on with other drivers.
