When must a vehicle on a B.C. highway have its required lamps illuminated?
Correct answer: From 30 minutes after sunset to 30 minutes before sunrise, and when visibility is under 150 metres
Why
Required lamps must be illuminated from half an hour after sunset until half an hour before sunrise. At other times they are also required when insufficient light or weather prevents objects on the highway from being clearly discernible at 150 metres. Use the proper driving lights; daytime running lights alone may leave rear lamps off.
