Class 7 licensing and restrictionsStandalone practice
A Class 7 novice has used cannabis but says they feel normal. Which statement about driving is correct?
Correct answer: They must not drive while THC is in their body
Why
Class 7 novice drivers must not drive with alcohol, cocaine or THC in their body. Feeling normal is not a reliable way to determine the absence of THC, and a prescription or family passenger does not waive the licence condition. Use another safe way to travel.
