On a two-lane highway outside an urban area, three vehicles queue behind you and cannot safely pass. A designated turnout ahead is safe and suitable. What must you do?
Correct answer: Use the turnout to let them pass
Why
When three or more vehicles are queued behind you under these conditions, turn off at the nearest designated turnout or next available place where it is safe and reasonable to pull over. The law does not penalize you before you have passed an available suitable place. Do not force a dangerous roadside stop.
