Turns, Lanes, Passing & MergingStandalone practice
What is the minimum distance for which a turn signal must be given continuously before an ordinary turn in Maine?
Correct answer: 100 feet
Why
Signal continuously for at least the last 100 feet before turning. A signal does not give priority: make the movement only with reasonable safety. Give an appropriate signal when other traffic may be affected, and do not use a misleading early signal that suggests a different entrance.
