Turns, Lanes, Passing & MergingStandalone practice
During an ordinary stop in a manual-transmission vehicle, why should you avoid pressing the clutch too early?
Correct answer: Because the vehicle coasts with the engine disengaged.
Why
For a normal stop, brake smoothly and avoid disengaging the clutch too soon. Press it at the appropriate point before the engine would stall, following the vehicle's operating instructions.
