Warning, Construction & Information SignsStandalone practice
Ahead, a yellow diamond sign shows a walking person. You cannot see anyone near the road yet. What should you do?

Correct answer: Slow down, look on both sides of the road, and be ready to stop
Why
This sign marks a place where people often cross, such as a crosswalk between intersections. At a marked crosswalk, or at an intersection without signals, you must stop for a person who is crossing and stay stopped until the person has passed your lane. Slowing down early gives you the time and the space to make that stop.
