Turns, Lanes, Passing & MergingStandalone practice
You want to make a U-turn on a two-lane road near the top of a hill. Drivers from either direction could see your car only from about 400 feet away. May you make the U-turn?
Correct answer: No, drivers from each direction must be able to see you from 1,000 feet
Why
A U-turn puts your car across the whole road for several seconds. U-turns are also illegal on interstate freeways and where a NO U-TURN sign is posted. Make a U-turn only when you can do it without disrupting other traffic.
