Turns, Lanes, Passing & MergingStandalone practice
You are 80 feet from a readily distinguishable intersection on a two-way road. May you cross the center of the roadway to pass another car merely because the center line is broken?
Correct answer: No. Do not drive on the left side within 100 feet of the intersection.
Why
Do not drive on the left side of the roadway within 100 feet of, or while traversing, a marked or readily distinguishable intersection or railroad grade crossing. A 100-foot approach restriction also applies to marked or readily distinguishable bridges, viaducts and tunnels on roads other than four-lane roads. Never begin a pass at a crest or curve where your view is obstructed.
