Licensing & Test ReadinessStandalone practice
Your neighbor owns a car and has proof of insurance, but has never had a driver license or an instruction permit. May your neighbor drive that car on a Missouri public road?
Correct answer: No. A person needs a valid license or permit to drive on any public road.
Why
You must carry your license or permit each time you drive and show it when a law enforcement officer asks for it. It is also against the law to let another person use your license or permit. A few drivers do not need a Missouri license, for example a member of the armed forces or a full-time student who has a valid license from a home state, and a person who moves a farm tractor on a road for farm work.
