Regulatory, Lane & Parking SignsStandalone practice
You see this sign at the curb where you want to park. What does the red circle with a slash tell you?

Correct answer: Parking is not allowed in the area the sign covers
Why
Missouri uses the same red circle and slash for other bans, such as no left turn, no right turn, no U-turn, no trucks and no bicycles. Parking can also be limited by colored curb markings, for example a curb painted yellow. Even where no sign is posted, you may not park in places such as an intersection, a crosswalk or in front of a fire hydrant.
