Licensing & Test ReadinessStandalone practice
Alex is 15 and has an instruction permit. Which person may ride in the front seat to supervise Alex's driving?
Correct answer: A 30-year-old friend, licensed for 10 years, with a parent's written permission
Why
Missouri adds extra protection for the youngest learners. Until age 16, a supervisor from outside the family must be at least 25, licensed for at least three years, and approved in writing by a parent or guardian. From 16 on, any licensed driver 21 or older may supervise from the seat beside the learner.
