You see this sign on the back of a vehicle ahead of you on a rural highway. What does it tell you?

Correct answer: The vehicle is built to travel slower than 25 mph, so you will close on it fast.
Why
The fluorescent orange triangle with a red border is the slow-moving vehicle emblem. Nebraska requires it on the rear of farm tractors, animal-drawn vehicles and other machinery made to travel slower than 25 mph when they use a public roadway. At highway speed the gap to one of these vehicles closes very quickly, so begin slowing as soon as you see the emblem and pass only where it is legal and safe.
