Passing target: 70% (14/20)
You need to turn around on a narrow two-way street, and no sign prohibits it. You decide to make a three-point turn. What is the first step?
A is in its right-hand lane on a narrow two-way street. The card says the driver is preparing for a three-point turn; no turning or stopping path is selected.
Correct answer: Signal right, pull over to the right and stop, then signal left and check traffic in all directions.
Why
After the first step, turn left across the road and stop when you face the left curb or edge. Then turn the wheel fully right and back up while you look behind you, and finish with a forward left turn. Look for traffic again before each step, because your car blocks both directions for a short time. You may have to do a three-point turn on your road test.
