A solid red lane marked BUS ONLY runs along the right side of your lane. Near a driveway that you want to enter, the red lane changes to red stripes. Where may you enter the red lane?
A travels beside a right-side lane painted solid red and marked BUS ONLY. The red paint changes to transverse stripes beside the labeled driveway that A wants to enter. No turn path appears in the question.
Correct answer: Only at the striped red section, to turn into the driveway
Why
Red markings show where transit vehicles, such as buses, light rail trains or bikes, may travel without stopping for other traffic. Cars that stay out of the lane let transit move without delay and without conflicts. Not every transit-only lane is red, so also look for signs and for words on the road such as BUS ONLY, BUS BIKE ONLY or LRT.
