Warning, Construction & Information SignsStandalone practice
You drive at 45 mph at night on a rural road that you do not know. You pass this sign: a yellow diamond with a black symbol in the shape of the letter T. What should you plan for?

Correct answer: Your road ends at a cross road, so slow down and get ready to turn left or right.
Why
Intersection warning signs show in advance how the roads join, so you know early when your road does not go straight through. The same group has signs for a cross road, a side road, a Y intersection and a circular intersection. At the far side of a T intersection, a sign with a large arrow that points both left and right may also stand. At night, slow down early, because the end of the road can be hard to see.
