After which kind of crash must the driver notify law enforcement right away by the quickest means?
Correct answer: One that injures or kills someone, or leaves a vehicle unable to be driven safely
Why
Wyoming law requires the driver in a crash to notify law enforcement immediately by the quickest means when anyone is injured or killed, or when a vehicle is so disabled that it cannot be driven normally and safely. Inside a city, call the local police; elsewhere, call the highway patrol or the county sheriff. The 2021 manual still lists a $1,000 damage figure, but current law uses the disabled-vehicle test instead.
