Intersections & Right-of-WayStandalone practice
Your light turns green at a busy intersection. Before you drive into the intersection, in what order should you look?
Correct answer: Ahead, then left, then right, then both ways once more
Why
A traffic signal tells you when you may go, but it cannot stop another driver from running a red light. Check to the left early because vehicles from the left reach your path first, then check right and look both ways once more. Wyoming law also requires drivers on a green light to yield to vehicles and pedestrians that are still lawfully in the intersection or crosswalk.
