Intersections & Right-of-WayStandalone practice
Two vehicles approach an all-way stop from different roads at the same time and both complete their stops. Neither faces another special control. Which vehicle normally proceeds first?
Blue vehicle approaches from the left and silver vehicle approaches from the bottom, on the blue car’s right. Each approach has a STOP sign and painted stop line.
Correct answer: The vehicle to the right.
Why
For simultaneous arrival after both required stops, the driver on the left yields to the vehicle on the right. Make sure the other driver has actually yielded before proceeding. A vehicle already entering must not be forced into a collision.
