Traffic Signals & Road MarkingsStandalone practice
You stop at a steady red traffic light. You want to go straight, and you see no cross traffic or pedestrians. What must you do?

Correct answer: Stay stopped where you are until your own light turns green.
Why
Stop at the stop line. If there is no stop line, stop before the crosswalk, and if there is no crosswalk, stop before the intersection. After a full stop, Montana allows a right turn on red, and a left turn from a one-way street onto another one-way street, unless a sign prohibits it; you must still yield to pedestrians and traffic.
