Regulatory, Lane & Parking SignsStandalone practice
Just after you turn onto a ramp, you see a red rectangular sign with the words WRONG WAY in white. What should you do?

Correct answer: Pull to the side, stop, and turn around only when it is safe
Why
WRONG WAY signs are placed on freeway exit ramps and one-way roads, often after a DO NOT ENTER sign. Wrong-way crashes are usually head-on and at high speed, so you must act at once. Stay calm, use your mirrors, and move out of the traffic path before you try to turn. Nevada law requires you to drive on a one-way road or a divided highway only in the direction of traffic.
